MEP: assess impact of creating storage vaults and rooms upon the existing MEP services, new requirements and dependencies, challenges, and constraints.
FLS: overview assessment of the existing car park fire strategy and related impact of creating storage vaults and rooms, fire load, risks, compliance issues etc.
Structural: assess anticipated additional load capacities on existing structure and provide recommendations based on findings.
Coordination between specialist consultants.
High level meter rates for directional budgeting and prepare ROM for the anticipated commercial works.
Spatial planning options for layouts and adjacencies
High level programming to identify procurement routes and delivery timelines.
Issue feasibility study report.
