TDD (TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE) We offer technical due diligence, involving a systematic assessment of the technical and commercial aspects of an asset. We evaluate the condition, performance, and potential risks associated with the project, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions by identifying any technical issues, deficiencies, or opportunities that may impact the project’s success, performance, or value. Technical due diligence can add value to a client across a number of areas including; • Insurance revaluation to confirm whether they are over-paying or in fact are under insured. • Cost to complete of a partially complete or dilapidated asset. • MEP replacement cost assessment. • MEP provision assessment. • Close out review for contractor handover.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES A feasibility study will take into account factors that will help determine the viability of a particular project. Such aspects include the economic, technical, legal, and time frame considerations for the project. In our market, regulatory considerations are also taken into account to make sure that the project will stand up to any requirements set out by the relevant authorities.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT We use a hands-on and agile approach to delivering these services ensuring strict adherence to time, cost, and quality. We are well versed in design-bid-build, design-build, base build, shell and core fit out, interior fit out, HSE management, and quality management including quality assurance, control and improvement throughout the construction process. We have worked with local, regional, and multinational firms to deliver construction management for institutional and commercial projects in addition to consulting roles on heavy civil works.
