Hotels Our delivery in this sector ranges from budget hotels to high-end luxury brands in leading markets. We apply our wide breadth of expertise and use a hands-on approach to every hospitality project regardless of scope and scale and either through secondment or as the direct client representative. Current projects in this sector include large-scale hospitality projects in Abu Dhabi. We also delivered several elements of the celebrated QE2, which is now permanently docked at Dubai’s Port Rashid.
Healthcare Major healthcare institutions have come to fruition in recent years due to our project management proficiency. A few projects were recoveries that we were brought in to manage through to completion after delays before our appointment. We have delivered over 80,000+ sqm of healthcare space in the GCC region in the last five years and have worked alongside and managed well reputed multinational firms with the specific expertise necessary to facilitate the high level technical work required.
