Kevin is leading the business in one of the world’s most dynamic and flourishing construction industries. Under his strategic direction, the company is expanding regionally both with new offices and through service delivery footprint. The company is realizing notable accomplishments and acclaim with each successful project delivery across sectors. To further the achievements of the company, Kevin is building the company’s portfolio of certifications and has established strategic framework agreements for the company with several multinationals. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and of the Association for Project Management.
Keenan has earned the company award-winning recognition due to his handling of its core operations and service delivery. The company’s project portfolio includes projects within the GCC, Sub Saharan Africa, and South Asia and contains some of the region’s most prestigious assignments from specialty clinics and national museums to anticipated commercial and governmental projects. Delivering critical installations has garnered the company a well-reputed niche specialism for projects requiring a high level of technical competency. Keenan regularly shares his expertise in industry events and focus groups.
Jesyka brings nearly 20 years of expertise in multi-disciplined management from project inception to close out. Her background includes working with globally renowned clients delivering high end, luxury retail and hospitality mega projects. Jesyka has worked across some of the most notable projects within Asia, Oceania, North America, and the Middle East. Her experience extends across a diverse range of sectors including hospitality, retail, entertainment, residential, commercial, civil, and education.
John has a wide experience of delivering cost management and related services at technical, management and corporate levels in all construction sectors and most engineering sectors in the UAE, Africa and Europe over the last 40 years. He has overseen the commercial management service delivery across a portfolio of prestigious developments throughout the region. John is a contract specialist and a member of the Expert Witness Institute. He has been appointed as both independent expert and Expert Witness in relation to several contractual and quantum disputes in addition to peer review services on many schemes in UAE and UK.
Jon has delivered commercial and cost management services on numerous construction projects over his career spanning more than 30 years with over 10 years in the UAE. His experience extends from the grass roots level on site quantity surveying to client side commercial management. He has worked extensively on commercial, leisure, retail, residential, cultural, hospitality and educational developments. His focus in the UAE is primarily on the cost and commercial aspects of a project’s development, including procurement, contracts management and con-tract administration managing multiple stakeholders both regionally and internationally.
