Graham is a highly accomplished Projects Director who brings an extensive and diverse portfolio of over 15 years of global project management expertise spanning multiple continents including the UK, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and more recently, the Middle East and Africa. With his dynamic leadership skills and client centric focus, Graham brings a wealth of experience in successfully executing complex projects in wide range of industries, with a consistent track record of achieving exceptional results. His expertise encompasses all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, and he is well versed in managing cross functional teams and stakeholders with a focus on achieving project goals efficiently and effectively.
Keiran brings over a decade of experience in successfully delivering projects within the corporate workspace sector. Since joining the PMKConsult team in 2018, he has established partnerships with prominent global corporations in the real estate fit out industry. His expertise spans diverse project scopes and delivery programs, covering regions from the Middle East, Asia, and Africa to Europe and North America. Keiran’s proven track record of project delivery on a global scale highlights his versatility and effectiveness in managing projects across various regions. His technical and commercial acumen, coupled with a demonstrated ability to navigate challenging scenarios, underpin his success in project delivery.
Clayton is an accomplished professional with over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in multimillion- dollar projects across various sectors including commercial real estate, education, hospitality, retail, education, food & beverage and data centres. Currently leading as Associate Director in Riyadh, he adeptly manages multinational and multi-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects, and all operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With a strong focus on lifecycle project management, Clayton excels in mitigating high-impact risks, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
Paul is the Head of the Commercial Management department, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), and Accredited Project Manager (NEC) with a strong track record in luxury hospitality and real estate. He has led multi- disciplinary teams across public and private sectors, delivering complex projects from concept to completion. His strengths include development management, cost control, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. Known for his proactive, hands-on leadership, Paul ensures projects align with client visions while staying on budget and schedule.
Ben is a seasoned Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of experience, having been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2014. His career is marked by a proven track record in delivering a diverse range of corporate projects across Europe, Oceania, and Southeast Asia.
