PMKConsult was founded to put the ‘People back in Project, Design and Commercial Management Consultancy.’ Too often have we seen projects that were managed through ‘email warfare’ where a present and available manager has not been allocated to commit fully to client aspirations. This goes beyond delivering the project, it means bringing an added value focus to ensure that the project is delivered well.
Our culture is built around a people-first approach, we place our clients, colleagues, and communities at the heart of everything we do, from delivering complex projects with care to supporting charitable and sustainable initiatives that create lasting positive impact. Looking ahead to 2030, our strategy focuses on expanding into new global markets and enhancing the depth of our services, while maintaining a strong focus on the GCC. This ensures we remain a trusted partner in our founding region, evolving alongside the industry and our clients’ ambitions.
