Our building surveying experts provide a full range of professional services including technical due- diligence surveys, handover surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, measured surveys, reserve fund study, project monitoring, dilapidations assessments and defect analysis.
Construction Management
We use a hands-on and agile approach, ensuring strict adherence to time, cost, and quality. We have experience in design-bid-build, design build, base build, shell + core fit out, interior fit out, HSE management, and quality management. We have worked with local, regional, and multinational firms to deliver construction management services for institutional and commercial projects, in addition to consulting roles on heavy civil works. Our feasibility studies assess a project's viability by analysing key factors including technical, economic, regulatory, and timeline considerations. We conduct detailed site investigations, assess service provisions (power, cooling, access, etc.), and review landlord and authority requirements. This process ensures informed decision-making, cost clarity, and risk reduction, crucial for both fitouts and base build projects.
We provide expert commercial management services across all sectors, supporting clients from project inception to delivery. Acting as trusted advisors, we optimise workstreams and maximise commercial outcomes - whether for small capital projects or large-scale developments. We use a tried and tested methodology to bring about the best possible outcome on our projects whether it is a new project or a recovery. As a team, we are multi-disciplined and cover many sectors. We ensure that a senior and specialised projects director is present and available on every project irrespective of scope and scale.
We manage the entire design process from concept to completion and can offer design management services across projects with varying requirements. We have the capability to operate as a Lead Design Consultant, or alternatively the Design Management team within a client’s team, with our skills enabling us to ensure the project is developed according to the original concept.
