He has been appointed as both independent expert and Expert Witness in relation to several delivery across a portfolio of prestigious developments contractual and quantum disputes in addition to peer review services on many schemes in UAE and UK. Under his strategic direction, the company is expanding regionally both with new offices and through service delivery footprint. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and of the Association for Project Management.

The company’s project portfolio includes projects within the GCC, Sub Saharan Africa, and South Asia and contains some of the region’s most prestigious assignments from specialty clinics and national museums to anticipated commercial and governmental projects. Geoff brings over 20 years of expertise in multi-disciplined management of construction projects to PMKConsult. He is a skilled Senior Project Management professional and has delivered numerous large-scale and complex projects in a variety of sectors both in the UK and UAE. Over the past several years, he has been cultivating his specialism in large scale residential developments and high-end retail projects in addition to leading other complex projects. He has managed numerous sites and has been integral to the procurement of process selecting the right suppliers.
