Malcolm Hiles Managing Director

David is an experienced Senior QS and Project Manager at WHP, working closely with our clients to complete 20+ sites per year delivering detailed cost control, quantity surveying, project management, CDM/health & safety, contracts management, and procurement services. With his years of experience in the industry David brings a wealth of knowledge to each project both of construction knowledge and cost management, helping clients to roll out multiple projects under a short programme. Following a long relationship with the Five Guys brand, David helped to build a best practice procedure for all future projects and works closely with Five Guys. Mark has over 30 years experience delivering a range of projects and acts as a Senior Consultant within the team. His extensive knowledge of high end restaurants and bars, cinemas, and quick turn around fast food restaurants as well as the ability to work on simple individual projects to complex multi-million pound schemes nationally and internationally has proven invaluable to the team, both at WHP, and the individual project teams he collaborates with. Additional experience with retail, leisure exhibition and restaurant bespoke fit out schemes, new renal units, holiday parks, train stations and cash handling facilities shows how wide ranging Mark’s skill base is. Nicola is a senior member of the commercial and project management team at WHP with industry experience in food & beverage, commercial, retail, residential, culture, hospitality and leisure and has delivered projects to suit of varying sizes and budgets. Her knowledge is often called upon by the whole team as a construction expert with experience in so many construction sectors. The relationships Nicola has built with Clients, Designers and the site team throughout the industry have been invaluable in the success of completed projects and ensuring that Clients continue to work with WHP on their roll outs. As Managing Director Malcolm has led the company through many changes over the last 30 years, his experience in the industry has covered all sectors and this wealth of knowledge attracted strong and lasting relationships with many clients who have returned to WHP time and again. Largely obtaining new work from referrals only is testament to the building of relationships Malcolm has achieved. Malcolm has built a close team to deliver a complete end to end service that has put WHP ahead of others in the same industry. With his leadership, clients have stayed loyal to WHP for many years and have grown their businesses entrusting vital aspects to our team and Malcolm.

Olga is a qualified Architect and experienced Project Manager with a Master of Arts degree in Architecture. She has a strong foundation in architecture and has worked in both Germany and the UK, covering all architectural In her role as a Project Manager, she has worked through all stages of a project, from building project teams, to managing design processes, overseeing pre construction, controlling costs, and ensuring successful project completion.
