IFS is a global company specializing in enterprise software, with over 80 offices serving clients across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Its core offerings include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to manage key business functions like finance, HR, and supply chain; Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to optimize asset performance and reliability; and Field Service Management (FSM) to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction in field operations.
The Project
The project involves designing and managing a 1,300-square-meter personalized office space for IFS within a short timeframe of just 8 weeks, aimed at creating a modern, functional, and ergonomic environment that reflects the brand while enhancing productivity and collaboration. The interior design draws from IFS’s identity, incorporating cohesive colours, furniture, and finishes to foster an inspiring workspace. Technical plans address all infrastructure needs—HVAC, electrical, and IT, ensuring compliance with safety standards and functionality. Our project management team integrates space planning, design, and stakeholder coordination to maintain alignment and meet timelines. Meanwhile, commercial management handles budgeting, procurement, and cost control to deliver value and keep the project financially on track.
