We can provide small to large scale services as required to suit each of the client’s needs. We can support the organisation upgrade of services independently or via the main contractor, recommend designers, obtain structural and building control advice, whilst remaining truly independent in our approach as we work very closely with the client’s team. We “add value” and can, if required, undertake the role of helping to ‘police’ the brand roll out and future development. Clearly based on our roll out record, we are used to putting in place external and internal systems that can cope with the volume and diverse range of projects we successfully handle ensuring costs and processes are controlled throughout.
We have a strong reputation with working on small or large outlets, through to larger bespoke leisure venues. From managing the programme and the team, through to delivering a strong control of the project management process and costs for the brand growth as the developments progress.
