Raising money for charity with an 8 day trek across Bhutan
Keeping up with our annual involvement with Gulf For Good PMKConsult has built on our White Collar Boxing, and Namibia Cycle with an 8 day Trek across the Himalayas in Bhutan in Support of the Loden Foundation.
Our 4 colleagues Rosa, Lewis, Clayton & Keenan, have bravely faced howling winds, minus 4C sleeping conditions, 4500m altitude and 9 hour days of hiking to raise money for the foundation in what is PMKConsult’s 3rd year supporting causes alongside Gulf for Good. We are fundraising to revitalize and enhance the three Loden Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) centres, aiming to create a more nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young learners aged 3 to 8. This project focuses on upgrading infrastructure, providing educational toys, books, and essential resources, and building stronger connections between the ECCD centres and the community.
PMKConsult launches the Steps Challenge to raise money for PinkTober!
In October, we stepped up our game with our PMKConsult Steps Challenge! Throughout the month, we held a competition to see who could rack up the most steps, informing our teams of the PinkTober events to join available across the UAE. We also encouraged our team to participate in Lockton’s Breast Cancer Awareness webinar.
It was a wonderful way to raise funds for an important cause, one that’s close to our hearts—we’re proud to have a cancer survivor in the PMK community who has been going strong for five years!

Gulf for Good’s ‘Kilimanjaro Initiative’
In collaboration with Gulf for Good, PMKConsult participated for the second time in Boxing for Good, a White-Collar Charity Boxing event in support of the ‘Kilimanjaro Initiative’. Leading project and commercial management consultancy, PMKConsult, announced they were back in the ring at Spartans White Collar 5 on Saturday, 9th December, in collaboration with Gulf for Good and Spartans Boxing Club, to raise funds to support Gulf for Good’s charity project – the Kilimanjaro Initiative. At PMKConsult, charitable responsibility had always been at the forefront of their culture. Alongside this commitment, they extended their support to their people, valuing their interests and advocacies both within and outside the office. The Kilimanjaro initiative supported education, encouraged mentorship, and developed leadership skills through comprehensive sports programs, in addition to an inclusive early childhood development center which was available to the youth living in the surrounding areas of Nairobi Kibera. PMKConsult proudly sponsored their Senior Project Manager, David Prowting, who volunteered to raise funds for this worthwhile cause. David was a results-oriented Senior Project Manager with over 16 years of experience in the construction industry.
PMKConsult was Ready for a Fight
Leading project and commercial management consultancy PMKConsult announced another sponsorship in support of Gulf for Good. This time, the initiative was The Foundation of African Empowerment in Tanzania. As the charity partner for the Spartans White Collar event, Gulf for Good aimed to raise funds to build a proper Integrated Early Childhood Development (IECD) centre in Samaria village, located in the foothills of Mt. Meru in the Southwest region of Kilimanjaro. Clayton was an established Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of construction industry experience delivering multimillion-dollar projects in the UAE and abroad. PMKConsult was delivering high-end commercial office spaces in Africa and had recently established an agreement with a leading university in South Africa to bring graduate-level, first-year employment opportunities to students who successfully completed their degrees. Last year, PMKConsult sponsored two climbers for Gulf for Good’s charity challenge to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro, helping to raise awareness and funds for the Larchfield Children’s Home in Tanzania.

Over the course of this year, he will be playing in internationally recognised golf tournaments, including the Emirates PGA Championship. Steve has played multiple pro-am tournaments throughout the UAE and has previously won the 1st round of the UAE PGA Championship.
Steve Munro is a PGA Golf Professional with over two decades of involvement with the sport. He will be competing in numerous golf tournaments throughout the UAE, including the Emirates PGA Championship.
MND 24 Challenge
We were proud to partner with MND 24 for such an incredible cause!
MND started the MND Challenge to raise awareness for Motor Neuron Disease, a neurological disorder that affects people’s control over walking, breathing, speaking, and swallowing. We had worked with MND for the past three years and took immense pride in raising awareness and supporting them on their journey.
Cycling for a good cause in Namibia
Together with Gulf for Good, Keiran Williams, Ben Burgess-Graham, Sam Woolley and our CEO, Kevin Woolley MBA MRICS MAPM are supporting Physically Active Youth (PAY) and are also actively trying to raise a collective USD 20,000 in support of this charitable organization through Gulf For Good.
All funds raised will go towards strengthening the cycling, digital literacy, and robotics project at PAY.

We evaluate the condition, performance, and potential risks associated with the project, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions by identifying any technical issues, deficiencies, or opportunities that may impact the project’s success, performance, or value. Technical due diligence can add value to a client across a number of areas including; • Insurance revaluation to confirm whether they are over-paying or in fact are under insured. • Cost to complete of a partially complete or dilapidated asset. • MEP replacement cost assessment. • MEP provision assessment. • Close out review for contractor handover. TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE (TDD)
BUILDING SURVEYING Our building surveying experts provide a full range of professional services including technical due-diligence surveys, handover surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, measured surveys, reserve fund study, project monitoring, dilapidations assessments and defect analysis. Our TDD team has been developed to support clients and can be tailored to suit their requirements. The team consists of highly experienced chartered building surveyors, chartered quantity surveyors and engineers. With our in-house team, we can readily support our clients and their assets throughout the entire property lifecycle, whether that be early planning stages and construction phases through to management and ongoing project maintenance.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT We use a hands-on and agile approach to delivering these services ensuring strict adherence to time, cost, and quality. We are well versed in design-bid-build, design- build, base build, shell and core fit out, interior fit out, HSE management, and quality management including quality assurance, control and improvement throughout the construction process. We have worked with local, regional, and multinational firms to deliver construction management for institutional and commercial projects in addition to consulting roles on heavy civil works.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES A feasibility study will highlight all critical considerations and factors that will help determine the viability of a particular project. Such aspects include the economic, technical, legal, and time frame considerations for the project. Site investigations and a review of service provisions are often critical to a feasibility study. In commercial fitout projects, the site investigation may include a review of the façade weather tightness, provision and depth of any raised access flooring and landlord design guidelines. Geo technical surveys are critical to understand ground conditions and load bearing limitations for a base build project. The site service provisions for power, chilled water and parking provision can have a major impact on upfront project costs and may impact profitability. In our market, regulatory considerations are also taken into account to make sure that the project will stand up to any requirements set out by the relevant authorities.

We have carried out many cultural and heritage projects as well and have over the years developed unique experience working in this sector. We are responsible for the successful implementation of the Shindaga family of museums including the Maktoum Family Home, the Perfume House and Story of the Creek working in collaboration with an international contractor with unique specialism in user experience-based attractions.
Data Centres We provide a full spectrum of service delivery for data centres covering all aspects of their construction from feasibility and concept to testing & commissioning and completion. These types of projects require a high level of technical competence and expertise from the working team. We have successfully delivered over 60,000 sqm of data centres throughout the region for large multinational and regional entities including banks, TV studios, and multi-use regional headquarter offices for international companies.

Kevin is leading the business in one of the world’s most dynamic and flourishing construction industries. Jesyka brings nearly 20 years of expertise in multi-disciplined management from project inception to close out. Her background includes working with globally renowned clients delivering high end, luxury retail and hospitality mega projects. Jesyka has worked across some of the most notable projects within Asia, Oceania, North America, and the Middle East. Her experience extends across a diverse range of sectors including hospitality, retail, entertainment, residential, commercial, civil, and education.
John has a wide experience of delivering cost management and related services at technical, management and corporate levels in all construction sectors and most engineering sectors in the UAE, Africa and Europe over the last 40 years. He has overseen the commercial management service delivery across a portfolio of prestigious developments throughout the region. John is a contract specialist and a member of the Expert Witness Institute. He has beenappointedasbothindependent expert and Expert Witness in relation to several contractual and quantum disputes in addition to peer review services on many schemes in UAE and UK.
Jon has delivered commercial and cost management services on numerous construction projects over his career spanning more than 30 years with over 10 years in the UAE. His experience extends from the grass roots level on site quantity surveying to client side commercial management. He has worked extensively on commercial, leisure, retail, residential, cultural, hospitality and educational developments. His focus in the UAE is primarily on the cost and commercial aspects of a project’s development, including procurement, contracts management and con- tract administration managing multiple stakeholders both regionally and internationally.
